About us...

Founded by John Shamshoian in 1991, Realty Concepts is a real estate brokerage with offices in Fresno, Clovis, and Oakhurst.  Over the years, Realty Concepts has expanded to serve the Central Valley successfully, while maintaining our integrity and close-knit family atmosphere. Our agents are local experts, with deep ties in their communities and a dedication to meeting each of their clients’ needs.

About Brandon Telesmanic

Brandon Telesmanic has been working in real estate in the Central Valley for the better part of the past decade. Initially, he started his own property management company which specialized in acquisition of distressed properties, rehabilitation of these properties then and actively renting them out as high-end rentals with varying length of stays. Over the past 5 years Brandon has expanded his specialization into the sale and acquisition of residential and commercial investment properties. He has worked with various clients to achieve both their personal and financial goals. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences and Athletic Coaching from the University of California Santa Barbara and a graduate degree from Chapman University in Orange, Ca. In his free time, Brandon enjoys playing on the Central Valley Master’s Water Polo team and spending time with his family.

Approach

Having grown up in the Central Valley, Brandon believes that relationships within the community and maintaining an ethical reputation is the foundation to negotiating successful transactions on behalf of his clients. Brandon has always been a strong advocate for utilizing sound analytics to assess all real estate transactions. This approach has helped to provide his clients with the necessary information to guide their decision making process. Additonally, Brandon is a strong believer in a team approach in which other specialists are relied upon to give the client the highest quality of service.
